Vikasit Bharat@2047′ is a living aspiration and goal of every individual of Bharat to celebrate 100 years of Independence as a fully developed and self-sustained nation by 2047. This book highlights the need for a new, holistic strategy that embraces innovation, resilience, and inclusivity while focusing on stable and sustainable growth. This book is the outcome of a two-day national seminar on ‘Vikasit Bharat: Way towards self-reliance’ sponsored by the ICSSR; it combines insights from 25 research papers organized into five parts, spanning diverse themes such as economic transformation, tech-mobility, entrepreneur’s insights, cultural economy, and revival of the State’s economy.
